Customer Success Manager

Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our fast-paced and growing team! A CSM with Leasecake, you are  responsible for customer adoption, defining and achieving measurable business outcomes, customer satisfaction, and creating Leasecake Ambassadors through advocacy. We create successful customers by enabling, training, and nurturing them throughout their journey. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers and act as the internal quarterback between teams to ensure timely and successful onboarding process
  • Act as the trusted advisor to the customer’s management and technical teams on the customer side while working seamlessly with our account team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • Ensure customers are meeting and exceeding their desired business outcomes so that customers can quantify and support their investment with Leasecake
  • Create and manage tickets for internal tracking of customer’s onboarding status
  • Track and update customers in the onboarding queue; data gathering, phone call follow ups, status updates, and onboard call scheduling
  • Effectively document all client requests and ensure consistent follow up
  • Listen for direct and indirect product feature requests from customers and help the product and sales team prioritize feature releases 
  • Manage feature requests in Jira and advocate for the client
  • Effectively communicate customer issues and status with both internal and external resources
  • Conduct training sessions for customers during the onboarding process and ad hoc as needed
  • Act as liaison between the internal teams and the customer as needed
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and work with the Account Managers to successfully renew and expand accounts

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or other relevant customer-facing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a early-stage, high-growth startup environment in SaaS organization
  • Highly organized individual with excellent time management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience working in real estate, accounting, or other relevant technology platforms
  • Knowledge / experience working within systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Intercom
  • Understanding of office applications for document and spreadsheet usage
  • Must be willing to remain current with industry trends in commercial real estate
  • Must be willing to speak your mind, always
  • Must be willing to dig into old processes and come back with a fresh approach to solving a problem

Event Marketing Producer

Job Summary

Leasecake is seeking a highly driven and enthusiastic Event Marketing Producer to orchestrate our company event activities from concept to completion. This role is responsible for the daily management and organization of internal/external event tasks and details required for smooth operations to ensure an exceptional attendee/customer experience. This opportunity is designed for a well-qualified professional who is ready to support with our national industry conferences and internal corporate events alongside a great group of team members. This position will report directly to the Event Marketing Manager. 

You will help develop and execute strategic, integrated campaigns for events designed to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and generate new business leads. You will be the "go-to" person for customers, staff, and vendors and coordinate events/meetings from a big-picture viewpoint to help create flawless experiences.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Support Event Marketing Manager with the development of the strategic approach to each event/meeting according to stakeholders’ requirements
  • Support Event Marketing Manager with outlining the company’s goals for our annual event program to optimize our marketing strategies 
  • Liaison with stakeholders/executives/department heads as necessary to discuss and plan event specifications such as scope, format, budget, administrative details, and special requirements
  • Serve as a project manager for all corporate-sponsored events and conferences by coordinating end to end process 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development teams on conference campaign needs including association involvement, sponsorships, social media campaigns, lead generation, exhibit booth design and graphics, and event communications
  • Assist Event Marketing Manager with annual event marketing budget 
  • Support with event marketing social media campaigns (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) 
  • Manage procurement and disbursements of all-event marketing collateral materials including brochures merchandise, and hardware
  • Conduct post-event evaluations with Marketing and Sales team to determine ROI 

Conference/Event Specifics: 

  • Assist in researching and hiring vendors, booking venues, and planning transportation 
  • Evaluate potential locations, providers, vendors, and other professionals frequently to determine viability for future events and build a personal knowledge base to serve clients better 
  • Conduct site visits and final inspections of venues selected for company events 
  • Negotiate contracts with venue personnel, caterers, hospitality staff, A/V providers, and other vendors to acquire necessary services and activities for events while meeting budgetary objectives 
  • Create project list, event team details sheet, agendas, and organize tasks 
  • Manage less complex event marketing budgets 
  • Assist in managing and reconciling event expenses against annual budget 
  • Monitor and oversee events from preparation and set-up through teardown to ensure adherence to planned format, compliance with regulations, cooperation between vendors, resolution of issues, and overall satisfaction of participants and sponsors 
  • Perform post-event tasks promptly such as meeting with clients to ensure satisfaction, reviewing invoices and bills, approving payments, and documenting issues and resolutions 
  • Collect pre and post event registration lists for lead generation
  • Coordinate and collect all post-event evaluations 
  • Collaborate and communicate directly with the stakeholders/executives/department heads throughout the event planning process to learn requirements and goals, coordinate guest list and vendor specifications, and ensure all parties understand relevant information and details 
  • Organize and prioritize all tasks for each event in the company project management system 
  • Coordinate material handling, shipping, with tracking and follow up

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with potential clients and technical colleagues at conferences 
  • Excellent communication skills: listening, speaking, and writing 
  • Willingness to travel outside of your geographic area, as needed 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (such as marketing, business, sales) 
  • Previous corporate event and conference planning experience 3+ years preferred 
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative suite, Canva, Google Suite products, and Microsoft Office products 
  • Well versed with social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) 
  • Proficiency with project management software (Monday.com, Click-up, Asana)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and or similar platforms
  • Occasional travel is required 
  • A Certified Meeting Professional credential (CMP) or related training would be a plus
  • Familiar with event management associations (MPI, PCMA, Events Council, SITE) 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) 
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Google Suite and Microsoft products and utilize Slack messaging software
